Shipping policy

We ship via USPS, we normally ship items in 1-3 days depending on volumes and number of items ordered. Most items are made to order, we do keep inventory on hand of popular items. Less popular items or seasonal items are printed on demand. Shipping labels are printed once the item is packed and ready to ship.

Undeliverable Address If USPS is unable to deliver to the address given to us by the customer. The order will either be refunded minus shipping costs or re-printed and re-shipped once the customer pays additional shipping costs. The decision is up to the customer but a new shipping address must be provided if the customer wishes to have the order re-shipped. All undeliverable orders that wish to be canceled must arrive back at the shipper's location prior to a refund being issued.
